I was born in Alabama and was raised in San Antonio, Texas and Raleigh, North Carolina, primarily. I moved to Tennessee in 1997 after an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force after four years of military service. In 2002, I took a leap of faith and moved to Knoxville and fell in love with East Tennessee and its people.
I discovered my nitch in sales after leaving the military which lead me into restaurant management. My first restaurant management position was with Calhoun's On The River, a high volume and high profile location, the company's flagship store. This opportunity lead me to Nama Sushi Bar, Downtown Knoxville. Sushi is my favorite cuisine mainly due to the tradition, art, creativity and health benefits.
In 2012 I took a chance of a lifetime and moved to St. John USVI to open a sushi bar at a local resort. After traveling back to the US mainland and visiting family in New Mexico, I decided to relocate to southern New Mexico and discovered the real estate business and found my true calling! I've worked in real estate industry as both a Buyer Specialist and Seller Specialist exclusively and enjoy both with it's own advantages as well as challenges. My favorite customer type is the first time home buyer, no question! I remember what that felt like, personally, and always keep that in mind throughout the process from initial contact to closing.
I am a professional at managing expectations as well as proactive communication. Buying or selling your home can be a stressful experience as I know from personal experience. Allow me the opportunity to show you how the home buying and selling process should look!
